What Splitloop collects

We collect account details you provide, public creator-profile and social-content data you ask us to analyze, product usage and support messages, and billing identifiers returned by Stripe. Splitloop does not store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

  • Provide syncing, transcription, analysis, experiments, reports, and support.
  • Secure accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
  • Process subscriptions and send necessary account and billing messages.

Service providers and AI processing

We use service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, email, payments, social-data collection, transcription, and AI analysis. Relevant content and prompts may be sent to those processors only to operate the features you request. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

Splitloop currently uses essential session cookies and local browser storage needed for authentication, security, preferences, and app continuity. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, billing, legal, and backup obligations. You can delete your account and connected creator data in Settings. Some records may remain temporarily in protected backups or where retention is legally required.

Your choices

You can update profile information, disconnect creator profiles, export information through available app features, or request access, correction, or deletion through Support.

Security and changes

We use access controls, encryption in transit, managed secret storage, and service isolation, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new date.
