By creating an account or using Splitloop, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
The service
Splitloop analyzes creator content and produces experiments, findings, drafts, and recommendations. Results are informational, can be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not guarantee reach, revenue, or platform outcomes.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for your credentials, authorized creator profiles, content, and instructions. You retain ownership of your content and grant Splitloop a limited license to process it solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not access accounts or content you are not authorized to use.
- Do not abuse, probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Do not use automated output as the sole basis for consequential decisions about people.
Plans, trials, and payment
Paid plans renew at the displayed interval until canceled. Prices, included usage, renewal timing, trial terms, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Additional usage may require a plan change or separate purchase. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Availability and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using Splitloop and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent allowed by law. Splitloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, or platform decisions. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid to Splitloop during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, where permitted by law.
