Subscriptions
You can cancel from Plan & usage at any time. Unless the checkout or cancellation screen states otherwise, access continues through the current paid period and the subscription will not renew. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Trials and promotions
Trial length, renewal price, and promotion conditions are shown before checkout. A trial converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled before it ends.
Refunds
Subscription and check-pack purchases are generally non-refundable once the paid period or purchased capacity is available, except where required by law. If you were charged after a timely cancellation, experienced a duplicate charge, or could not use the service because of a verified Splitloop failure, contact us within 14 days and we will review the request.

Use Support and include the account email, charge date, and a short explanation. Do not include payment-card numbers.
